Director

Jason has an extensive background in providing youth services and helping young people achieve their goals, this is particularly important to him in his hometown of London UK. Jason became aware of the positive benefits that e-cargo bikes can provide to our communities in improved air quality, but also in employment opportunities for young people. Jason has managed the first rollout of e-cargo bikes for Green Mile Networks which is now operating across Central London. Jason will be overseeing the deployment of e-cargo bike across the country in some new exciting logistics projects including areas such as local authority and health based logistics services. Jason is the perfect person to speak to regarding last mile, zero emission logistics transport, if your business interested in this area, a conversation with Jason will expedite your journey to a cleaner future.

Director

Arthur has over 20 year’s experience managing logistics operations in London, UK. He has witnessed first hand the issues we face in urban environments through air pollution, congestion, noise pollution and road safety. Driven by a passion to see an improvement in how we move goods around London and other cities which would result in significant cost savings for businesses, but also benefit our environment and communities, Arthur turned to e-cargo. Carbon savings resulting from e-cargo bike growth across Greater London could be between 10,000 and 30,000 tonnes of CO2 a year by 2030, based on the calculation that one tonne of CO2 is equivalent to driving 6,000km in a small diesel van. Arthur is committed to driving modal shift in logistics to e-cargo where possible and also to introduce end to end zero emission transport services across the UK.

Operations Director

Kelly brings a strong background in corporate operations, governance and strategic coordination, having worked across major institutions including Accenture, Lloyd’s of London, Bank of America, the Office of Rail and Road, and the MHRA. Driven by a commitment to social impact, Kelly co-founded a London-based charity supporting marginalised young people affected by gangs, guns and knife crime, combining operational leadership with community-led intervention. As Operations Director at Greenmile Networks, Kelly oversees operational delivery, compliance, partnerships and systems, supporting the company’s mission to deliver scalable, sustainable logistics solutions across London and beyond. Kelly is also the founder of an education-led hair care platform focused on empowering Black women through knowledge, data and industry reform..

Head of Growth & Partnerships

Pamela brings over 25 years of experience helping organisations build effective partnerships, strengthen workforce capability, and navigate growth with confidence. She works closely with leadership teams to develop sustainable collaboration models, embed enablement frameworks, and support responsible digital and AI adoption. Known for her people-centred approach, Pamela ensures innovation enhances communication, culture, and long-term capability rather than creating dependency. Alongside her advisory work, she is an author, public speaker, and advocate for ethical, human-centred innovation.
